All prints and reproductions are printed with
archival ink to guarantee many years of enjoying your fine art print. We also use acid free substrates that will provide 200 years of enjoyment under normal lighting conditions. Your prints should not be stored or displayed in direct sunlight or areas prone to moisture. Our prints and reproductions are primarily printed on our Hp B9180 series 8 ink wide format printer using vivera archival inks. Please allow 3 - 7 days for processing and delivery. All prints are unframed unless noted in description.
Guarantee
Good customer service is a priority. We want you to be totally satisfied with your prints or reproductions. If you are not satisfied and would like to return your purchase, please do so within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, including original packaging materials. Make sure to carefully wrap framed or stretched work with the smooth or flat side of the bubble wrap down--facing the art. ORDERS MUST BE RETURNED IN SAME CONDITION AS ORIGINALLY PACKAGED TO RECEIVE REFUND. You will be refunded your purchase price, less shipping charges and 5% for repackaging. Exchanges are based on inventory available of the same image, size and type of print. Note cards, custom or commissioned work cannot be returned. Ask as many questions as necessary to ensure your satisfaction prior to ordering. We believe that returned items reflect poorly on our goal to satisfy our customers. Again, good customer service is a priority!
Shipping
Your fine art items will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving a cleared payment. The current shopping cart is not set for PDI (Personal Delivery and Installation - available for select areas in Illinois and Indiana only). This option is typical of custom large prints or commissioned work. We will be happy to accommodate a request for a print or reproduction size to fit your space. Such a request is a custom order. Please send an email with your details to begin the process. Shipping rate is for the United States only.

Payment
Our primary system for online payments is currently Paypal, which requires a confirmed mailing address. If you would like your item(s) delivered to a different address then please inquire by email before ordering. Money Orders and Personal Checks should be sent to MPO Art Company - PO Box 295 - Park Forest, IL 60466 (an alternate postal address is available upon request).
